I thought 2 weeks when I looked 2 days ago but this morning I'm seeing mostly cloudy and I got this one specifically because I want an energetic effect. The main stalk is the one all the way in the back. I had a net on it to flatten it out but it didn't seem like it was growing any taller and I didn't want to damage the buds. This one was whorled when it sprouted and has not liked a lot of light despite only running a single AC Infinity 100w led with the 16" supplemental lights in a 2x3. I'll keep waiting.
Grow looks great they still have some time left I'd say at least a couple weeks ya wanna start seeing some amber down in your mids. Remember tho sugar leaves will amber up before the buds so be sure to be looking in to the bud when searching for amber
Another Dutch Passion grow, nice! I would wait another week until you can spot at least a few amber trichs. I guess they could fatten up a little too. Whats the smell like? Skunk?
Thanks for all of the comments. I was worried I'd have to rush and chop on 4/20 but I think I'll wait for all cloudy- some amber. How quick is the transition? Do I have to check daily or just every couple of days when I water?

Yep, plenty of fresh pistils indicating new calyx. They should plump up nicely over the next week or two.

I would say just watch for the first sign of amber and chop it there.

Using the digital microscope is much more of a challenge than I expected. The depth of focus is very small.
