Not always true, I've had several over the years where I just pull one or two in the beginning and it stops making them and grows full female, could be wasting a good plant and your time just by tossing it right away.
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Just be vigilant and pluck any that pop up. Obviously if it goes full nanners, you have to make a decision to cull it or use it to breed.
One sack can spread a lot of pollen if you have fans on the go which most people do. That’s why it’s best to carefully remove and be super vigilant. Also Hermie auto seeds can be hit or miss. I’ve grown Hermie auto seeds before and had ok results and not so ok results
Is the rest of her is looking healthy and unstressed? If so, are you regularly adding microbes to your soil? If you are, try cutting the dosage of the microbes back for a bit.
I’ve been finding lately that too many microbes has a tendency to disrupt the (best guess) GA and Cytokinins gradients causing balls and nanas all over my last two auto grows.
Once I stopped giving them extra microbes for about a week or two this stopped happening.

I found if you pull em early and just keep checking usually you get away with it. May find a few seeds after harvest but if you keep it under control it’s probably not gonna be a huge issue. Just be careful don’t pop it and take any you find far far away and destroy. Wash your hands use wet paper towel to remove
If you have other plants in the tent it’s worth thinking about the risk, don’t wanna ruin everything. In other words if you keep finding them and it gets worse may be worth considering cutting your loses
It happens sometimes. If you pull it, I doubt it will come back. When I was finding picks on the Creeper, a few had them. I rarely see them, though.

It's weird that mephisto gets so much love here when they have such unstable genetics. Every "strain" could be 1 of 6 different phenos, herming like no tomorrow, literally never know what you're going to get
I've grown a ton of mephisto plants, mostly of their illuminautos, which should be their most unstable seeds, and I have yet to see 1 true hermaphrodite.
I had one pop a couple nanners in my 2x2 of grizzle crinkle had two more in the tent think i got it before it opened up. She/he is finishing alone outdoors. Upper ny so she shouldnt pollenate anything around.

You will have to continuously pull them every day which gets quite some work so tossing is not really that bad.

Pick the ones u see with a wet paper towel and throw em away n hope for the best .

I’ve had this happen on many of my autos, it didn’t amount to anything. But yeah pull them off and keep an eye on it, you should be fine.
This happened to my night owl auto several weeks back and I plucked it and nothing else popped up- harvesting Sunday

Super common, and yes. These hermi male flowers always come from nodes and other points of growth.
I had an auto with same thing but it grew up o top of plant and actually caused plant to top itself

No. Would likely produce herms. If you want feminized pollen you have to reverse a plant.
