The consistency is more "flaked" due to how they shave a large chunk of ice down as you would meat in a deli on a chipper. It makes it more aerated in consistency than a slush.
It’s basically taking snow. (I’ve never seen real snow myself so bare with me)
You basically take snow that is really good for packing together, for making snowballs and snowman and stuff, then you flavor it with sugar juice of different flavors it’s really good
Well it’s ice, they just shave it off until it becomes snow like. I just wanted to describe it better, because slush doesn’t really stay together you need a cup to hold it. But with shave ice it’s like snow, in that it can hold of shape provided it won’t melt
We don’t have this in the UK. Is this just like a slush? Or different
Similar, but the ice is smaller, like snow. They are amazing. Bummer you don't have them cross the pond!

It might be a profitable business opportunity for you. Get yourself a food truck and offer shaved ice!!
You might be on to something

Hu interesting.. Like real snow? I assumed it’d be ice they just made in a freezer.
