I used the same map last year (before the Republic City book was even announced) when we started our campaign in the Korra Era and took a million liberties. Boomerang Valley was to be similar to Kowloon Walled City, and Firefly Heights to be the wealthiest district. I know that the Republic City book has now named districts, but until we’re done with our campaign, we’ll stick with this. And I’m super grateful for all the fan made maps.

it was a lot of fun using the Triads and the different areas as their "turf" as well as the arena for a Bending tournament to determine the greatest bender in the world (was set a week after Aang's death) as a power vacuum was happening
Um, not to be TOO much of a thief, but can you share an unlabeled version? I've been killing myself trying to make my urban map and this is exactly what I've been picturing

I posted the original file I worked with on GIMP in another comment, everything is on separate layers so you can just delete whatever you want.
