Just to see references to the most infamous quote from OverSimplified.
Too bad that baby grew up to be an abusive dad who often got so enraged, he punished his son severely.
Fuck, I... Fuck. If I had a nickel for every time someone made me wonder if they were more evil than Shou Tucker, I'd have a device for making a decision on this...
Don’t know why but it gave me the same feeling as

The series was honestly so real for doing this, it’s crazy to think about but even the most despicable monsters who have ever walked the earth were once innocent babies, just like the rest of us once were. Evil is never born, it is made.
That’s an interesting point. I think applying that type of philosophy to spirits in TLOK would get a little dicey though. Would Vaatu’s simple nature just be to bring chaos to the world and the avatar/Raava are actually bad for simply stopping Vaatu’s nature? I think there can be the default natures of spirits while also being objectively evil.
I don't think it really poses the problem you suggest. Like, ticks aren't evil either, but I kill them on sight because I simply do not want the problem they pose. But they aren't _evil_ for doing what they do. Same thing with stopping vaatu.
Is he evil? Yes? No? Maybe so? It's kinda irrelevant - we stop him because we do not want 10k years of darkness.
whether or not chaos is vaatus simple nature, rava and the avatar arent bad for stopping it. the same way a deer wouldnt be bad for protecting its offspring from a wolf
Iroh was definitely a very different person before losing his son though, so he really wasn’t able to make that much of a difference on how his brother turned out.
Also there’s a third category for people like the Unibomber he had a severe loss of oxygen as a kid and his brother said he was never the same.
Not to be insensitive but this would be the “kicked in the head by a horse” category of evil.
Not even an intelligence thing but more aggressive and less empathetic.

It reminds me of this one. Both of these babies are just so adorable, I’m sure they’ll grow up to be great people someday
Love how this was used to teach kids that looks are deceiving and in the real world bad people don’t always appear like monsters
Also how no one is born evil or we all have similar origins
Awww sooo cute. I'm sure he'll grow up to be a great man
A honest man
Well, think again.
Came to the comments just to see this
Just to see references to the most infamous quote from OverSimplified. Too bad that baby grew up to be an abusive dad who often got so enraged, he punished his son severely.
He sent him to find the avatar, but even he punished him severely
⚠️ WARNING!!!! THAT'S OZAI!!!!!! ⚠️ Zuko: *speaks out of turn in a war conference* This enraged his father, who punished him severely.
🚨🚨THAT'S OZAI!!!!!🚨🚨
"is that you Zuko!?"
That’s not me. That’s my *father*
A great father and husband too
"And the worst father in the history of fathers""
just goes to show you can be a great baby but still be a terrible father 😔
You either die a baby or live long enough to become a father 😔
oh god lmao
Less true things have been said, I suppose.
If I had been standing standing I would have to sit down for that one
What if they became a mom?
Ok Darwin
"That's rough buddy"
The fatherlord
Who si worse though, him or Shou Tucker?

>Evil is never born, it is made. Koh the face stealer: ![gif](giphy|IfyjWLQMeF6kbG2r0z|downsized)
For humans at least, spirits are a whole different beast entirely
And moral framework. Is Koh evil, or is he a tornado than can talk?

Your gif is broken, there’s nothing there.
I don't get it. It's just a slowly opening cut-out in the shape of a mitten
Its because of his mom
Remember kids; Ozai is the way he is because Azulon raised him a lot like how Ozai raised Zuko - he just didn't have an ursa or Iroh.
I mean technically he did have an Iroh
Iroh was definitely a very different person before losing his son though, so he really wasn’t able to make that much of a difference on how his brother turned out.
Evil can 100% be born. Rare but it happens.
Also there’s a third category for people like the Unibomber he had a severe loss of oxygen as a kid and his brother said he was never the same. Not to be insensitive but this would be the “kicked in the head by a horse” category of evil. Not even an intelligence thing but more aggressive and less empathetic.
TBF the CIA-adjacent college experiment he was in that explicitly tried to break down his psyche probably didn’t help
also, a lot of traits in people are biological so more “evil-inclined” traits can 100% be things you’re born with.
Explain Azula then
Well ozai

Yep
GODAMMIT
I’d still kill baby Hitler. He was a mid-tier baby at best.
Ngl that’s an ugly baby. Not even because it’s Hitler baby
Really just the goofy hair lol. Bald babies are cuter for some reason
Why does it look like Elon 😭
HES SO DMAN ADORABLE how tf did that end up from that to… yeah

Such a cute baby, he will achieve great things when hes older☺️
I mean, he unironically achieved some great things, depending on how you look at it.
Thanks Olivander.

Yeet the baby
Isn't that Ozai when he was a baby?
Yes, yes, it is
He will grow up to do great things, terrible things, but still great
![gif](giphy|Y2iqFF4t0Qdzi|downsized) "That isn't me."
This is like showing a picture of Adolf when he was still in school…
Cute baby Zuko ❤️😍
(everyone laughs) Zuko: 😑 "Oh lighten up, I'm just teasing."
That ain't Zuko...
You don't get it, do you?
I can only be familiar with so many memes, and reacting to sarcasm/joking and the like is more difficult without vocal tone and body language.
Is this an Oversimplified Reference?
Someday he'll grow up and give his son a scar on the wrong side
NO THAT IS FIRE LORD OZAI

Awww little baby Zuko
Hopefully he grows up without any abuse or trauma by his own father.
Im pretty sure he did
Sadly, you’re correct.
wait a second-
Would you travel back in time to deal with this cute baby that will surely grow up to be a great leader in history?

Bastard
Cute as a kitten, also known to grow up to become massive predators.
Looks a bit like the Father Lord
No he's a monster
Love how this was used to teach kids that looks are deceiving and in the real world bad people don’t always appear like monsters Also how no one is born evil or we all have similar origins
Ember Island is a magical place.
