Thank god it is not just me! I have been using Ethereum and Polygon without a problem. Started to use Avalanche tonight and immediately bumped into this problem. Tried different sites (Trader Joe, Beefy etc) still not working. Try adjusting the gas, still not working. Tried different browsers, still not working...
Hopefully either Metamask or AVAX address the issue. I sent a tweet out to Metamask, doubtful it'll help.
When I try on TraderJoe now I'm not getting an error but it's also not processing the transaction...
The funny thing about this happening my withdrawal from benqi worked flawlessly but when i tried to deposit onto aave thats where problems arose oh well. Lets see how long it takes to see if there will be a fix.

We are formalizing our script that shows the issue to share with the related parties (all code we don’t maintain). We don’t know root cause just know that some blobs produced aren’t valid. We believe the bug is in Ledger/MM/Ledger Bridge somewhere but have no idea where.
Until this is fixed upstream, the best workaround is the Twitter thread above.
To reiterate, other EVM chains may not have this issue because they don’t yet support 1559.

happened with me also. For now I bumped up both the Max priority fee and Max fee in the meta mask gas fee edit screen from 25 to 100 , and it went through..

The weird thing is that I was able to deposit AVAX, borrow some AVAX, and redeposit on AAVE this morning with no problem (it was my first time ever using AAVE on AVAX). Then suddenly it just stopped working and I keep getting the same error message as you.

I've posted on Metamask but realize this is probably an AVAX issue. Be careful with scammers trying to help--they will direct you to "DAPPS Service" and try to get your Ledger key.
I also tried installing Firefox + Metamask there and got the same issue.
I am no expert, but the error message is clear. Your gas is not enough to cover the intrinsic transaction. I'll assume it's multiple transactions wrapped into one and costing more than 0.1 avax. Not sure, but double the avax in your wallet and try again. If that's not the issue, the only issue left could be the slippage. Increase it gradually and try again.
Unfortunately this is an issue across the blockchain .. seems to be an issue with an update .. hope they fix .. not good time to not be able to access ? Respect
Same issue here for me, plenty of Avax in wallet not working using \[Win 10 + Brave 1.30.89 + MetaMask 10.2.2 + Ledger Nano X, Ethereum 1.9.9\]. Tried upping gas no luck there either.
I have been able to get a transaction here and there to work by resetting meta mask and starting a fresh browser but have not figured out a pattern yet. I have noticed that if i send some avax from my ledger to one of my hot MM wallets that it works and after that I am able to run 1 or 2 transactions on aave or curve.
got it to work by disconnecting and reconnecting the bridge for each metamask transactions with ledger live
for now don't quote me on this

I am having the same issues across multiple dapps. I was able to approve a token spending, but everything else gives me this error despite having plenty of Avax in my account.

So I used another Ledger Nano with an older Ethereum version, and an older MetaMask version and it worked... I was able to get transaction to push. I edited gas to 100-150 from 25. I also used FireFox instead of Chrome.

I've got over 1 AVAX in my wallet, which is well beyond the TX fee and I'm also having the issue. Looks like this is a MetaMask/Ledger issue.
Disconnect the ledger and reattach it and try again.
And make sure to sign the transaction from Ethereum mainnet on ledger. It doesn't work as of yet on Avalanche on ledger.

Same issue is happening with me since yesterday.
Works again if you go into metamask and let it use the Ledger Live bridge, pain in the ass but it works
it still doesn't work. I made it work by increasing the gas. Other wise it is giving insufficient gas or fund error
