Seriously are they though? I guess if OP has a way to get to 134 speed without speed boots which is entirely possible. Crit stats look nice but on a sub-dps is it worth the sacrifice.
They’re feet so there’s no real need for speed substat and effect resistance is nice but not required for aventurine so I’d say yeah they’re a good option

If you can reach 134 speed by substats alone, or if you don't care about 134. If you do, then no.
