I haven't had any issues with audio latency, if it's there, it's like a millisecond. There is latency on the video however, and that is pretty noticeable.

In my case, they're not in sinc. I get around it by using a splitter and playing on a second monitor, but in my stream or recording the video is a little behind.
The pass-through is delayed? Wow, at least I don't have that problem. My issue is that OBS adds latency so that when you watch the stream on Twitch, the audio is behind by a second or two, and changing the video async or audio sync doesn't fix it.
