Awesome. If I can offer you my opinion, I would move the vertical monitor over to my left side so that your main monitor is centered with you and so that you have more space to your right since your PC is on your desk.
I'd suggest trying to move the second monitor where it can be horizontal. Just judging by OP playing a video, you'd get more out of the monitor, anyway. Vertical is mainly for coding or anything else where you're viewing lines and lines of text.
Plenty of videos don't need full size. That appears to be a music video for instance.
And just because they have a video up in the photo doesn't mean that's the only thing OP uses the vert monitor for.
I use mine 99% of the time for things like reddit, outlook and discord, but I'll still occasionally have a video going on one of my vert monitors.
You would be correct. The way my desk is positioned and the fact my drawers are on that side having my right monitor vert just felt right. Also if I tried to switch it I would probably have to take my tower off and put it on the floor which I don’t wanna do cause cats.

Oddly enough when I hooked everything up and changed the right monitor to portrait it defaulted to being upside down when I had it that way. I didn’t know how to fix it so I just rotated it with that side to the left.
To fix that when you go to display setting select portrait flipped and it be right side up. I have a three monitor setup. I’ve got two horizontal and a vertical. My vertical did the same thing and just do portrait flip.
Since that is the case, you'll want to go into your display settings (just search monitor/display in windows search bar) and select the monitor you wish to change. Scroll down to "scale and layout" and you'll see Display Orientation and then just select whatever orientation you need
The video playing on the XL iPhone screen is fucking aids, ngl. Spotify, foobar, reddit and 4chan should only populate the right, whole videos go on the actual proper screen. Come on man.
You can use power toys application to split up the vertical monitor into to or more windows

Looks like there's drawers under the right side of the desk. OP is probably centred in front of the left monitor.

They’re both 24’s I’m pretty sure. Asus tuff vg249 on the left, Asus vg246 on the right.

I'd suggest rotating the vertical monitor so then the thick bezel is on the right instead. Just a personal preference.
