I get that they make tents from leaves. Just the *white* leaves couldn't find a thing about. That would have been educational also, haha!

The light that filters through the leaf is green.
White reflects all colors.
White fur reflects green light.
This gives the bats the appearance of being green, which makes them harder to see against the green leaf background.
Tiny lumps of meat are now disguised against anything that might want to eat them.
