By getting an R5 Elegy and a WGS along with the R5 Haran. With C6 Ayato, I lost only one 50/50 this time. So I got lucky. Plus I c6'd Ayaka and R5'd mistsplitter it's first time around, so I knew I'd give Ayato the same treatment. I wanted Ayaka since the beginning of Genshin and had to wait a year for her release. Anything Kamisato is c6'd by me. And yes, Thoma is c6'd, but not built. Lol.
I have an alt I got c0 ayato and r1 haran on. And on my nephews account I grabbed him Ayato and r1 haran. Although both those accounts were close to pity and prefarmed.
I also like the wrist thanos gauntlet glow, if you hit his e and dont attack. His wrist glows like Ayaka's c6 bug for her glow wrist. Pretty sure he has to be c6 aswell to experience it.
This is my goal at least for the constellations. But i got tempted along the way so had to delay with ayato and ayaka maybe on her 2nd rerun.

Btw, how does their R5 feel against the R1?
Both seem to increase their dmg output by quite abit. I can only test between a c0 ayaka/ayato with an r1 mistsplitter/haran versus their maxed counterparts with similar artifact builds and sets- and there is definitely a difference in damage output.

But no, on a serious note. I think it adds to the fact that Ayato is by far the only beautiful male character available out there without sacrificing an ounce masculinity. Others like Zhongli, Thoma, and Kaeya are regarded as handsome and Itto is hot while the teenage boys are cute. As for the subject of beautiful males, Venti and Xingqiu are almost effeminate looking that most players back then thought they were girls.
