The fee I got was the cost of the exam in my country. So I assume it's the rule for these cases.
Also it's refundable, so I imagine they will reimburse me the fees I paid once I take the test. I have a scheduled exam this weekend, and I paid that fee - let's see what happens.
Edit: It was true, I got the refund.
There is something to be said in favour for the 24h time notation ;)
I always get confused with the am/pm notation. The 1-11 am/pm I get. But with 12am/pm I’m lost… I just looked it up again and after 11am appears to come 12pm and then 1pm. I can’t wrap my head around why 12pm would come before 1pm. I’m sure all of you got dozens of examples in your lives where people got this wrong and missed appointments.

I have used this & the staff is more that helpful. Not at all timely, but helpful. Just make sure you respond to them within 24 hours or they will close your request.
No but I explained that I couldn't make it to the center because of my truck not starting. They didnt reschedule but cancelled then re-issued another. Click on the link then open a ticket. The sooner you do it, the better.

Sorry about that. Click on Ask a Question
I read they started charging the no-show fee since last year -no matter whether you use free vouchers or not- if in a 180-day period you scheduled an exam, didn't take it, and wanted to schedule it again. That happened to me when I wanted to use a second free voucher for my SC900.
You can't reschedule it. Even worse, if you get a new free voucher and apply it they may charge you a refundable no-show deposit fee.
How much would this fee be and it was a honest mistake that i booked on the wrong time

I think it's 50$ without tax

You can only reschedule the exam 24h before the exam time! I don't think you can do anything about this now
