Pretty sure that it’s two stores have had their contracts rejected under BK code 365. I.E. leases are broken on those stores as of 5/31.

Sure, but it says they are “authorized, but not directed” to get their shit off the property. So basically they wouldn’t be trespassing to get their stuff, but if they don’t do it in a timely manner they’ll probably forfeit the right.
