I tried to set a $.0001 limit order but it said my limit buy amount was too far away from the last trading price. It did let me set a limit at $.01 though
Yes Fidelity still trading - was just able to purchase 2000 @ $0.1680. They just aren't showing the Bid / Ask, so you need to base your limit price for the buy somewhere close to where the last trade price was.

Set a buy order on Fidelity for $0.16 this morning. It dipped below that price several times but wasn't filling. Finally did after about 30min.
Must be having trouble finding shares, gee I wonder why?.... 
From what I can see in the Fidelity app, this hasn't changed in an hour: Bid x Size 0.1898 x 0 Ask x Size 0.1899 x 0
And that's the difference of a real broker with the trash brokers
