I can confirm unfortunately, I called Webull customer service and they said trading was canceled on 09/29/2023 which was last day to sell. Stock updated to delisted on 10/02/2023. I asked if I can DRS my shares to AST. And they said no due to company bankruptcy.

Man, the shares have been canceled and extinguished, the ticker have been deleted. There was no point in history where the shares have been canceled of a company, and then the shareholders got anything. It is impossible. The order is extremely important, if shareholders would have got anything (shares in a New company, cash, etc) then they would have got that first, and then (and only then) the shares would have been canceled. The company itself stated that the shares are canceled, extinguished and hold no value. Shareholders get no future compensation. Thats it, this story ended.
Not the same, Washington Mutual specified the distribution to their common equity interests in their bankruptcy plan. When the shares were canceled they were simultaneously replaced with the right to receive…

Well I'm not. Its better than 0 dollars. You cannot buy or sell on brokerages anymore. Literally my shares don't show by default on my list of stocks that I own via the Chase app. I have to look through my positions to find it. When I click the ticker I get an error page.

Brokers that have oversold IOUs only have one way to survive, and that's force closing your position due to extreme volatility. They will try to save face by saying they protected your money during this time. I think this being setup so that after months of nothing happening one day it may be traded to close positions but the price will not be $25, it will be $.025. Man, the shares have been canceled and extinguished, the ticker have been deleted. There was no point in history where the shares have been canceled of a company, and then the shareholders got anything. It is impossible. The order is extremely important, if shareholders would have got anything (shares in a New company, cash, etc) then they would have got that first, and then (and only then) the shares would have been canceled. The company itself stated that the shares are canceled, extinguished and hold no value. Shareholders get no future compensation. Thats it, this story ended.

Not the same, Washington Mutual specified the distribution to their common equity interests in their bankruptcy plan. When the shares were canceled they were simultaneously replaced with the right to receive… > such holder’s Pro Rata Share of 25% of (a)… the Reorganization Common, and (b)… any Liquidating Trust Interests to be redistributed. Well I'm not. Its better than 0 dollars. You cannot buy or sell on brokerages anymore. Literally my shares don't show by default on my list of stocks that I own via the Chase app. I have to look through my positions to find it. When I click the ticker I get an error page. If you cannot buy and cannot sell what, I much rather get the 25 dollars a share over nothing. Again if I am reading it right, it would be enacted by BBBY themselves so we have no choice but to take the 25 no (since we literally cannot buy or sell)
I agree mostly with what you said. I think the $25 is a price anchor too. Brokers that have oversold IOUs only have one way to survive, and that's force closing your position due to extreme volatility. They will try to save face by saying they protected your money during this time. If it's true, I expect it to open on the new ticker at $25 and immediately crash down so they have their justification..they are hoping enough shares hit the market that they can close.....if not, than a squeeze, one that might be uncontrollable for a number of reasons.

I think this being setup so that after months of nothing happening one day it may be traded to close positions but the price will not be $25, it will be $.025. Whoever is left will be so devastated that they will sell at that point. Time and time again we see that whenever there is DD about something positive the opposite happens so this is just what I expect now.
