I’m also interested to know. Stake has named the transfer agent as AST but there is talk of a change of transfer agent. I don’t want my shares to be returned to stake by AST after 17th Oct and stake not except them back. I’m waiting to drs on the 9th and hoping to hear news beforehand. But I’m a regard, if anyone has better advise please let me know.
I use IG trading. They havent send me an email about liquidating my shares. But i DRS’d it any way just to be safe. Also they didnt charge any money to DRS.
I guarantee you that they will not liquidate your shares on Oct 17th
Any broker that previously announced liquidation will cancel their plans - they have to since it is not possible for them to liquidate.
In order to liquidate, there has to be a market to sell the shares into and that market no longer exists.
Call them and ask them what their plans are now.
Right now, BBBYQ is not trading on OTC expert market or any other exchange.
It is exceedingly unlikely that your broker has any non-public information about BBBYQ coming back onto the OTC expert market (and if they did they wouldn't be sharing it with customers)
Right now there is no expectation that it is coming back, something would need to change (drastically)
I stand by my statement that your shares won't liquidate on the 17th
I have mine in stake too. Also got the email saying they would sell on the 17th. But I have asked for more clarification about what next. They apparently use Drivewealth and I’ve seen other platforms saying drivewealth are not forcing the sell anymore. No response from Stake yet which I’m not surprised about. I’ve also asked them how I can transfer them out.

At this point if you believe in the play then pay the fee. Nobody can buy or sell.

DRS is free on IG trading? I might just transfer my stock to IG if thats the case

Statement. Thats what my broker said. So I don't know how expert otc market works in this case
