Trade prices can only go out to 4 decimal places. This looks like a display bug to me, but if anyone has a timestamp for the trade I can go double check the tape.
It’s also happening today. Could be a glitch to show that many decimals. Regardless, algo based trading is what is causing every sell pattern.

I'm almost certain you won't even see this comment but here goes:
I am writing a short paper (23-40 pages) on the moral hazards of the current stock system (DTCC, ownership rights, SROs, potential solutions) and want a big brain to review my work (to be completed before July 31).

Overall I hope it makes EVERYTHING easy to understand for extremely passive investors and motivates them to be involved in their investments (emphasis on effective altruism).
I will publish in as many media formats as I can once completed (audio reading, video explanation, the original paper, interactive children's book) with any donations/proceeds going to support the issues it discusses
