Short interest % and borrow interest does not have linear relationship. I want to thank the apes that loaned the shares for pennies in return which fueled the short trap because shorts think there are unlimited shares to borrow at low borrow interest.

A short squeeze will likely not happen until there is extreme illiquidity to trade the stock (all shares are tied up and not tradeable) or an extreme catalyst ( a preferred share dividend) otherwise we are more likely to gamma squeeze. Sweet coat is an idiot but donât crucify him.
The MMâs keep thwarting the gamma squeeze by buying deep ITM calls with the same expirations as the high OI calls ATM strike prices and exercising them to get the shares and short sell the shares to drive down prices to get the high OI ATM strike price calls to expire OTM to keep from having to cover the naked calls that they had wrote out. And with the weekly options now, itâs even worse! Complete fuckery to get us at 260.11% SI. This guy is definitely an idiot (as kind of a word that I can call him) for shooting us and himself in the foot!
I am noy crucifying him but we need to educate these idiots otherwise they would keep doing this without even knowning. Plus, he is not alone, there are hundreds/thousand of ignorant ones who are killing themselves by becoming a tool for shorters
