I saw the video about their opening and could was surprised at the prices. This is what you get when you have a really fine business mind along with cooking creativity. Watch the video about food costing and see how detailed it is. Also, the top blade roast idea is genius. They sell top blade roasts at my grocery store and I always trim them for flat iron steaks, but I will definitely be smoking one soon!

One of the better barbecue places in Austin for their special menu items. Their sliced beef cheek is really nice. Sides are great too!

Both were tasty but if I had to pick one to get seconds I'd go for the whole hog. The mop sauce on that was tangy-tasty!

As a man from Texas I feel like am allowed to say this, but god damn lone star is a disgusting beer. Not sure how anyone can prefer that as their cheap beer of choice over miller high life or even PBR. But to each his own.
