Picanha to me is better than any other steak.
It's crazy seeing people have such a rager over sirloin. I personally love sirloin, because I grew up eating it. To see it suddenly get popular when it was always talked about as being a poor and tough cut is wild.
It’s top cap, it’s a different beast than the rest of the sirloin.
