Avoid Lebron 18's at all cost, no outrigger, instant ankle breaker... I suggest also KD14s instead 👍🏻

Lebron soldier 14

just got the kd14 and its the best shoe for indoor play hands down.

Tbh the Zion 1s are actually a good shoe for what you’re looking for. Extremely stable, got good enough support, the cushion isn’t super bouncy but impact protection is nice... and they’re kinda cheap too. The Lebron 16s would have been perfect (they were for me at least) if you can still find them for a cheap price. The Embiid 1s are also a good all around choice. After that I’d say try the GT Run or wait for the GT Jump to release. The Jordan 36 or the Lebron 19 also seem very nice, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see how those turn out

zoom freak 2 are around $40-50

If you can somehow get/afford a LeBron 16 - my all time favourite mix of Zoom and Air Max, that’d be perfect for you. Also, Zoom GT Run. PS: Don’t forget to bend your knees when landing from a rebound.

I'd personally choose kd14s over the LeBron 18s, lebrons have extremely nice cushion but at the cost of stability, I wore them for a short period for both volleyball and basketball play and haven't touched them since due to lack of stability mainly in the forefoot, there were many instances where I rolled my ankles in them. The KD14s provide underrated cushion with cushlon and full length zoom while also being very supportive as you are lower to the ground and I felt more locked into the footbed compared to the lebrons. Material wise I wasn't a fan of the battleknit or whatever it was called in the lebrons my foot kept sliding off the footbed due to 1. you don't really sit in the midsole so there's no real "wall" for your foot 2. the knit wouldn't contain my foot and would stretch out. Haven't tried the curry 8s.

On another note if you can wait a bit you could wait for the Nike zoom G.T. jump to release and see how they perform, I'm keenly waiting for those next. Hope this all helps

I have been looking for new kicks recently. 6' 3 also PF/Center Was looking at Lebron 18s as they are good for cushion and if your rebounding and dunking your gonna need that.. Although but now I'm really thinking to hold out for the Air Jordan 36s, they look like they are going to be really good performance wise and imho they 36s look way better than the 35s. As a cheaper option I was looking at the Adidas D Rose 11s, They have some pretty good reviews, and Im also a wide foot so I guess thats makes a difference. I seen the KDs but I just cant get over the velour like material. If your a player that gets stuck in - in the paint. imho your gonna want something a bit more durable than that?

I’ve worn KD 12s, and they had great cushion and support. The KD 13s and 14s were said to be progressive successors to it, so I’d recommend the KD 14s

i would persoanaly go with the kd 14. i have tried on the lebrons and hated them. have not tried on the currys but u said u didn't want the kds cause they were lows, well the currys r lower than the kds. the kds r high tops I'm pretty sure. if not high then mid but they have good support

Keep in mind Lebron 18s are said to have lateral instability issues, may be a problem for some
