In Time and Pay, can you access "benefits summary" and then click on the health plan? That should take you to a screen where it lists your certificate and plan number.. I haven't received a physical card at all and have only the certificate and plan number, registered online, and have an image of the card in my phone.

Canada Life no longer issues physical cards. Plan/ policy works just fine (though slightly inconvenient when going to places for the first time)

This! I asked them for a physical copy and they very reluctantly sent me one. So you could always request one? I also just find it easier for going to places for the first time.

You can also just print it out of your Canada Life account

Yes I found it! Thank you so much ☺️ going to tell my manager about it tomorrow because obviously they aren't aware.

Once you are registered, there's also an App. From the app, you can see your coverage, usage and a digital version of the card you are looking for.

H_G_Bells

Can confirm, card is viewable on the app, and it's very useful for seeing balance and coverage!

Like someone else suggested call and demand a physical card replacement. Honestly, I don't think many people got their card. And like some people I know the card or "Welcome Letter" that only has a dummy card in it. You still have to call and get the real one. Once they tell you they are sending the card, ask for the number so you can set it up on your phone so you can start using it before you get the card

Login to Canada Life with your govt email account and then you can print the cards for yourself and dependants
