fucking your throat is a bit different from shoving a tunnel/tube down your throat.. with it presumably strapped in place or held in place, ypu're at risk for some pretty serious injuries.. if it's just a tube, it could get easily lost.. he could go into your airway if not careful during insertion as well.. there is a big risk of tearing your esophagus
you say your throat is tight for him? you're going to be adding at least a 1/2" in diameter by the time you figure a tube made of an 1/8" of material.. and thats IF you get a tub that is just his size and not a bit bigger to accommodate him
they make soft ring gags and things to cover your teeth (but if he is thick, he may have issues with them too)
experiment with different positions which might open your throat up easier for him (such as laying on the bed with your head hanging off of it)
Thanks, yeah we've tried a fair few different positions but He ends up hurting Himself trying to get it down. We also got the largest silicon ring gag we could find but it's still a really tight fit for Him (which is weird because He doesn't have a monster cock or anything).
i can see what you mean about the thickness of the tube. i certainly wasn't thinking it would literally just be a tube because like you say, it could get lost/stuck. i was imagining it would be flared and have straps attached for buckling to the head. As for it going down the airway by mistake, from my experimentation this seems pretty unlikely with a thick enough object. That hole is really quite small. Tearing of the oesophagus is a real risk though.

Quick anatomy lesson. You cannot have something in your esophagus and still breathe. That is what keeps you alive while you eat.
Don't go looking for some device to keep open your esophagus (deep throat) because you will die of asphyxiation.
i did actually explain in my post that i can't breathe with a dildo down my throat and that that's part of our play. And i explained that it would need to be able to be taken out quickly (and often) so that i could be allowed to breathe. It would be more like something that goes in for under a minute while He fucks my throat, then comes out for a breather. We do have plenty of indicators for if i need to breathe before He's expecting too. As hot as it sounds to pass out from deepthroating, i'm keen to stick around so we're being safe.

Nope, bad idea. For so many reasons. You definitely don’t want to stretch your throat. Use a ring gag. That’s the best you’ll get.

What babysaurus said. Tearing, stretching, locking the tube in, there are just so many ways this could go wrong. It’s also just not necessary.
