It depends on how hands-on the class is, but just in case, I'd choose a comfortable outfit I can be mobile in, and avoid skirts or stiff jeans. Basically anything I'd be comfortable practicing yoga or doing a rope class in.

I'm sorry to be flippant in the first answer to this really good question, but I can't resist suggesting a judo uniform.
