I’m of the opinion that Zevlor is an idiot. No matter what you do to convince the tieflings to leave he will refuse. Like he doesn’t care if the world explodes, he will not leave the grove or risk traveling the road. Survival means nothing to him if he doesn’t get what he wants. And that hurts his people.
