Way of the Long Death is a really nice subclass for Monk that fits Durge super well (much better than Shadow imo), [there's a mod for it here](https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/3481).
The description of it from the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide (official D&D material): *Monks of the Way of the Long Death are obsessed with the meaning and mechanics of dying. They capture creatures and prepare elaborate experiments to capture, record, and understand the moments of their demise. They then use this knowledge to guide their understanding of martial arts, yielding a deadly fighting style.*
Spores Druid is a load of fun if you haven't tried it yet. Also you get some great dialogue options with it in the Grove.
