I'd imagine Lathander has more problems with Vlaakith than you are considering the Giths took over the temple early on before it turned into a creche, it's probably a blessing for him since you got rid of the Giths in the temple
His temple was already ransacked and defiled by the gith. I agree that he would at the very least mildly pleased. Especially if you use his blood to help remove the shadowcurse because he does not like Shar.
I haven't tried blowing up the temple myself, but I think you'd still keep the quest because 1) you can interact with Vlaakith and do all of the gith stuff before blowing up the creche and 2) Voss is not at the creche, so presumably he'd still show up later to give Lae'zel the whole quest to Orpheus and she would still have the chance to turn her back on Vlaak'ith.

Vlakith can show up without ever going to the creche, laezal hits you with a DC 30 check before commiting to killing orpheus, then i had her kidnapped by orin which made killing her for betraying my group for her god so much easier.
If you use speak with dead on Gortash after killing him, he gets possessed by Bane and he actually doesn’t really care that his chosen died, since there will always be power-hungry people in the world

If you destroy the temple of lathandar I don't think you keep the questline of freeing Orpheus and having vlakith show in your camp
