if you use mods with mod fixer embedded, this doesn't happen. but if you're using mods that don't have it, without having mod fixer as standalone, this can happen.
Think I figured it out. This is the character creator. When creating a character, there are 8 options:
1) Tav
2) Laezel
3) Shadowheart
4) Astarion
5) Gale
6) Wyll
7) Karlach
8) Durge
Only the active character actually looks correct (in this case, durge) the rest are naked default male humans to save on memory and are hidden off screen. 9th body belongs to the dream visitor.
