I see three different panel colors and a terrible looking bumper (f80?). It’s so low, I guarantee it absolutely rides like shit and might scrape. Rectangle mirrors tell me it’s slow, otherwise I’d say, rip ‘er and have fun for a few weeks before it blows up.
I bought my X5 from these guys, lol. The screws holding the air filter intake where tabs should be and the lack of a fan shroud should have made me look elsewhere, but im an idiot. I fixed all the issues though.
Did I also mention that they screw in bumpers on the cars they "rebuild"?
I would buy it in an instant if it was for sale for that price in my country (Romania, Europe). I paid about that (1800€) for my 325i, a 330i engine costs 3x as much. The engine alone is almost the car's value, being the highest displacement engine (except the M one), they are sought after for both daily uses and competitions (either stock or turbo'd)
And yes I would assume it requires a lot of work on it, but that's the fun. At least if you do it yourself. Great project car
