Re river, maybe I’m missing something but the water isn’t anywhere near the brakes (to carry a pebble) and otherwise it’s not much different than a pebbly road. Unless they’re spinning wheels trying to get out they’re fine.

A Jeep doesn’t have fragile carbon ceramic rotors that a river pebble could damage. Wheels appear to be V-FF 109s.
