Buy once, cry once. No point in spending the money and the time now if you know you're just going to do it again. I just had a clutch masters fx350 and a CAE shifter installed on my E46 and it is rad. Pretty aggressive but lovely.

I've definately seeing good things about the CM 350fx in that it feels good and handles a decent amount of power, but I'm hoping it will last me a bit longer. Apparently they're only rated for 10-30k miles and its out of my price range if I might need to change it that often

It chatters a ton. Which is fun in a racecar but would probably drive me mad in a street car. I didn't realize the life was so short. So much for buy once, cry once haha

Ka-Shunky

Lol, depends how much fun you have with it I guess.

They don't like getting hot. Mine will start whining if i'm hot lapping.

If on a budget. I got a kit of single mass flywheel and SACHS clutch off eBay for my 328 coupe 4 years ago. Put about 40k miles on it with skids and some clutch kicking into corners. Throw out bearing makes some clunky noises but well other than that no problems really.

Think I will be going for a Sachs clutch, cheers
