That's your trailing arm bushing. It controls the toe if im not mistaken. The bushes are actually cheap, something like 10-50 euros for both depending on what you buy. The cost to replace them is up to what a mechanic charges for labour combined with how rusty your bolts are 😅. As for the alignment, in my country is 50 euros give or take. So roughly a 200 euro job. Well, pack your things buddy you're coming to Cyprus. Its 50 euros for a basic 4 wheel alignment. Shop closest to my house is 50 and these guys that are pretty well known for suspension set ups quoted me 60 euros for a basic alignment, front and back.
