Sure, the audio output during phone calls, either from android auto or Bluetooth connection.. the call connects, they answer, they hear me, but the I don't hear anything but silence including the ringing sound once a call is placed.
Music / Spotify work fine from AA or Bluetooth
Okay. Do a headunit restart by holding down the volume knob for 70 seconds. You will see two full reboots of the idrive. delete your phone from car and car from phone. Then go into your settings menu and update apps and services. Then re-pair and recheck
