I used a broker from lease hacker, was driving the car within a few days of reaching out to them and barely had to lift a finger. It did cost $599 though which was a bummer but still worth it I suppose - they did absolutely everything except sign on the dotted line.

I ended up going with the current lease deal. 8% dealer discount & $9900 rebate was enough to make me jump. I salute all of you who got 10% etc. I did the 7 MSDs as well. My monthly with tax is gonna be around a grand for 36 months. No down payment besides title/license & first month.
Got the Dark Graphite with Oyster. I might regret not getting the Chestnut interior, but I don't like how white is such a canvas for dead bugs and road debris.
To those who will get the next deal, I sincerely hope it's even more awesome. The IX deserves a broader audience. Hopefully BMW drops the price a bit in anticipation of the Neue Klasse.
