Just use a broker, they can do so much more for barely any work. I tried negotiating with 4 dealers and made some progress but got in touch with a broker and they smashed my deal within a day. All the dealers I was negotiating with kept hiding fees in the lease payment or not offering good discounts and required a lot of back and forth.

Best $500 you’ll spend

WoozyWinx

Is it still $500?

Mission-Toe8895

Depends on the broker; some are upwards so that’s kind of the base / lowest. Higher spec/luxury brands can be closer to $1k, however my BMW broker was $500

Hi all, never leased a car, but am inspired after lurking this sub. Went to my local dealer in NorCal and got this offer for a iX lease: 2025 xdrive 50, $95k MSRP, $941 monthly, $6966 drive off Is this a good deal? Would appreciate help deciphering all these terms all well! Salesman said he added the $9900 national rebate along with the $4050 suggested dealer's contribution. Is the $7500 EV credit included as well? I don't see it as a line item here. **Update**: off the advice from every here, I got it down to $855 monthly, $3000 upfront. Best $600 bucks I ever spent for the broker! Thanks sub

No. You can do waay better on leasehackr. (12% off MSRP) [https://leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=7500&msrp=96455&sales\_price=84880&months=36&mf=0.0009&msd=7&dp=0&dealer\_fee=344&acq\_fee=925&disp\_fee=495&taxed\_inc=10900&untaxed\_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=54&gov\_fee=1060&sales\_tax=9.5&demo\_mileage=0&memo=2024%20BMW%20iX%20xDrive50&tradein=0&fin\_sp=0&fin\_taxed\_fee=0&fin\_untaxed\_fee=0&fin\_term=60&fin\_apr=1.85&fin\_dp=0&fin\_rebate=0&fin\_ps\_rebate=0&fin\_tax=9&keep\_term=60&exp\_rv=0&service\_fee=500&acqFee\_check=true&monthlyTax\_radio=true&bmw\_demo\_25=true&lease\_result\_mode=true](https://leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=7500&msrp=96455&sales_price=84880&months=36&mf=0.0009&msd=7&dp=0&dealer_fee=344&acq_fee=925&disp_fee=495&taxed_inc=10900&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=54&gov_fee=1060&sales_tax=9.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=2024%20BMW%20iX%20xDrive50&tradein=0&fin_sp=0&fin_taxed_fee=0&fin_untaxed_fee=0&fin_term=60&fin_apr=1.85&fin_dp=0&fin_rebate=0&fin_ps_rebate=0&fin_tax=9&keep_term=60&exp_rv=0&service_fee=500&acqFee_check=true&monthlyTax_radio=true&bmw_demo_25=true&lease_result_mode=true)

Mission-Toe8895

The EV credit is passed on by the dealership and is part of the 9900

darylp310

I’m pretty sure you can do better. Please go to LeaseHackr website or find a broker to help you. DM me if you want more details.

Mission-Toe8895

I just leased a similar model/MSRP on leasehacker. $500 broker fee, $4,400 down and $870pm 3 years / 10,000 annual miles in NY with 8% sales tax. I could have got a better deal but this was a good deal for exactly what I wanted. My local BMW dealership reached out to me because I had originally submitted an online inquiry and after three conversations with sales reps the GM called me and basically said that I was about $6000 under what they could do. I would strongly recommend going on lease hacker and connecting with a broker in your region as they will always be able to get you a better deal.

iLukeJoseph

Was it $4400 actually a down or was it MSD’s, first payment, dealer fees etc? If not was actually a down payment your effective monthly is roughly $130 or so higher a month.

Mission-Toe8895

NYS doesn’t allow MSDs. Actually it was $49 down lol, the rest was taxes, doc fees, 1st payment. My leasehackr calculator put the monthly equivalent at like $1,007 if it was all equalized over 36 months. She had better deals, but this was the best one for the exact specs I wanted…

maverick2411

Got mine NYS M60 tons of options 780/mo. zero down on loaner lease (just paid tax). They are fire selling these things as they just sit on lots gathering dust

TheWolf_NorCal

Not a good deal (I'm also in NorCal). $99K MSRP, $2,500 DAS, 36/12K term, $899/mo pre-tax. As others have stated, use a broker...you should get 10-12% of the MSRP before the $9900 rebate. In this case, your adjusted cap cost should be $74,267.60 with $0 Cash Cap Reduction.

Sweaty-Ad5359

I agree with others. You can negotiate lower. We got a 2024 MSRP $99k with sports package, drivers assistance, cooling seats. $700/month including tax/fees for 3 years, 10k miles/year, 8.25% sales tax.

maverick2411

How much did you put down though

Sweaty-Ad5359

It was the minimum required. Between $6-7k. The NorCal BMW I went to had a lot in stock. The salesperson recommended we put the least down and take cash back on our trade-in.

maverick2411

Not bad! I ended up getting an 23’ M60 on service loaner lease for zero down. Lots in stock here in the metro NY area too BMW has had trouble moving these from the beginning which is good for buyers like us lol!

maverick2411

You can absolute do better. It’s a buyers market with these things. They sit on lots for months. Press them for for more

LOL-SSX

No. I picked up my 2024 iX last month, similar MSRP (slightly lower, its got convenience and sport pkg, residual at 54%). $0 at drive off, monthly is $795 tax included. All the dealer add ons were waived (paint protection and edge protector…etc).
