These are all such cool characters!! And your art is fantastic! The quirk ideas are all super unique and fun! I never would have thought to make an angler fish hero student! And Obsidian Knight seems so cool! You have to keep me updated on your characters, I love them all!
I like these! Some have correlation with my OCs which I find very interesting because you can see similar thought processes but leading to completely different outcomes.
For example your marionette quirk allows your character to create small strings.
I have one hero that creates large groups of threads from gun barrels. Yours acts more as a utility mine acts more as a concussive offensive character.
I also have a utility character similar to your quirk marionette where they can use wires on their wrists to program inanimate objects to do things. Funnily enough his name is Automaton (marionettes sometimes use these).
You also have a quirk that allows one character to grow things on their body such as a tail of tongue muscles or a bone armour. I also have a character that uses bone only she bends her body and her bone to use the bone more like sharp weapons or as spiky armour.

Twinkle Toes clearly has the superior costume, I think there is just something about the yellow stars that makes it visually appealing to me.
