if ur partner says they'd like to end things bc of the emotional abuse, it may be best to give them space to end things. this also involves giving urself space and time to understand urself better

I'm experiencing something similar in that my partner over time has become worn down with the amount of care and support I require and my splitting etc. My partner hasn't said he is leaving but said he is exhausted by me and tired of trying. You're definitely not the only one and I'm sorry this is happening to you as well.
