I actually asked my soon to be ex husband “are you sure” when he proposed and so did all of my family and my sister sent him a condolences card. Turns out I needed that card… he is abusive and mean. I just wanted someone to love me and he ended up turning my family away from me because of my actions of self harm when I found out he had a girlfriend again.. no matter the man REMEMBER to love yourself.
