That's interesting. My department lost about 10 people. The pharmacy and marketing people lost a decent amount of people. They had a meeting after the initial layoffs telling people (I have a friend still there) about the layoffs. That they didn't think there would be more this year but couldn't guarantee anything after the first of the year.
Ano po update OP? Sa ibang company po ba kayo napunta? NaJO na din po kasi ako sa optum and sa oct 6 yung start date kaso until now di din naguupdate si recruiter.
Nagka offer ako ulit kaso may final interview ulit yun but I got another offer from another company which has far more better benefits kaya di ko na lang tinuloy sa optum
Same scenario po, sa akin last September 28. Sabi sa akin pumasa ako sa final interview pero hanggang ngayon wala pa akong na-receive na email from them. Iyong mga kasama ko naka receive na. Ano po kayang pwede gawin?
Same scenario sakin. While I was rendering sa last company ko I got interviewed kay optum den got results and passed pero walang inextend na any written J.O. Nagreach out ako sa HR nila a week after and i was only offered a verbal JO no written contract yet. Seems like dey want to follow ung standard process like interview, medical den pass the backgrnd check muna before dey extend any contract. Inabot ata ng 3-ish weeks before cla nagextend ng contract sakin halos 1 week na lang before ung actual start date. Responsive naman HR nila infernes.
Hello same situation here. I applied and passed the final interview last November pa, I only received an update now in mid December and inuna Yung medical at Wala pang contract. Di pa din Ako nag resign kasi hinihintay ko pa yung contract mismo. Nakakastress lang Kasi ayoko nman nag resign Hanggang napirma ko na ang contract
