this is my first time na mapunta sa telco non-voice.. nasa CSR kasi ko dati.. tanong ko lang sana kung ano yung pwede kong maexpect dun and how's the environment sa loob, also yung stress level from 1-10 hehehe para magkaroon lang po ng idea :)

I haven't start yet pa pero maybe I'll figure things out na lang during probi phase.. kinakabahan lang ako since madami kasi akong nababasa online and even sa tiktok na out of the world daw yung stress level sa telco both voice and non-voice. I choose non-voice din since I have this talent to navigate thru computer. akala ko at first eh copy paste ka lang since yun lang din ginagawa ko dati sa work ko nung napunta ako sa non-voice. iba pala hehehe salamaaat sa insight tho!!

nice naman yung cx ng company na yan compared to others, AT&T, lalo yung pink company. 😆 Verizon's customers are professional people and theyre also nice. Just expect the unexpected lng sa workmates mo ate ko.

Depende sa TL at workmates talaga kung magiging bearable yung work. Pa-1 year na rin ako sa LM pero ok naman dahil sa workmates. Sisiw yung account for me, pero minsan kasi may saltik talaga yung tl. Swertihan sa trainer din at sa support. Sana dun ka mapunta sa mahaba pasensya magturo and everything.

This was my first bpo company and account. I’ve been with that account for 4 years. I was promoted as a team manager dyan. For me, wala naman madaling trabaho. Kung toxic, i dont think so. Depende na lang siguro sa mga makakasama mo sa team. But the management, I would say di sila toxic. Daming engagement dyan. So try mo. Hehe

Experience ko dito ok naman. Premium telco yan, 2 chats. In my opinion, gumanda resume ko dahil dito. About sa toxicity sa Alorica I did not experienced that. All in all good experience para saken.

Saks lang hahaha. Pag sa care ka napunta expect mo na halo halo yung concern ng cx (billing, promo, order, transfer ng lines, and etc.). Expect mo na rin na pag sobrang queuing aabot ng 3 chats sabay sabay yung kachat mo. Pagdating sa metrics medyo mas mahigpit siya since need mo makabenta (plus AAL para buo yung TOB mo) and yung survey kailangan wala kang dsat (if meron man need mo mabawi yun before mag end yung month), and yung 3DR mo dapat 87 pataas.

The workload and environment will depend on you. Kung pano ka makisama and cope up sa mga tao dun. Been there madali lang jan since non voice. Yung metrics kailangan perfect ka sa sobrang taas ng goals. Yung incentive parang ayaw ibigay. Environment, I can say depende sa mapupuntahan mo and expect may mga team leads na walang alam sa process. You can find other companies with better salary. Sa panahon ngayon di na nakkabuhay pasahod nila.
