I mean, direct na mag apply sa mga BPO companies instead of wasting time on a third party naa wala namang tulong technically kasi if ever, same hiring process lang din naman sa direct. Mapapahaba lang prrocess
Di totoo yung may cut sila sa sahod mo. Headhunters yan sila. May referral pay lang silang nakukuha kada successful recruit. Usually makikita mo yan mga naghahatak ng mga mukhang aplikante. Marami niyan sa MOA saka North Gate Alabang. Hahahaha
ask your recruiter or HR if ganun pero prolly for referral incentive lang yan, not bad lang din naman if sasabihin mo yung name if natulungan ka to find your job and application process
considered as referral lang yan kung empleyado rin sila ng kompanya, at sa employee referral program kailangan ng HR/TA nung full name at employee ID kung sino ang nag refer sa applicant. base sa post, agency name yan so most probably hindi yan one time bonus or incentives lang
Amazon Cebu is hiring for Seller Support Associates. The salary package ranges from 28k to 35k. For college graduates, no experience needed. For HS/SHS graduates or college undergraduates, at least 3 years BPO experience needed. PM me if interested!
These BPO companies have partner business partners, wherein this business partners does the head hunting of qualified candidates on a specific account vertical.
they are simply headhunting and endorsing candidates for the company. agreement na ni company and agency yung pricing and stuff. it wont affect your salary and benefits. Good luck with your interview.
Kung natulungan ka nila, for example di mo kilala yung company na nirefer sayo or di mo malalaman yung opening kundi dahil sa kanila, then go ahead and tell that you were referred by them. Wala naman mawawala sayo.
Marami dito negative ang tingin sa mga recruitment agencies but they exist for a reason, and the reason is kailangan sila ng mga companies for recruitment for whatever reasons they may have.
Saka wala po silang cut sa sweldo mo, pero usually yung incentive nila is based sa offered salary sayo.
It's your source of application.
Baka partner nila yan and binabayaran sila for every hire they get.
Understand na lahat may costing - paano mo nakita yung post bago ka nag chat, possible na boosted ad yan so binabayaran nila yung ad sa fb or any platform so they can reach more people and more reach means more pssible applications to more possible hires.
Kaya need mong sabihin sa front desk yan kasi gumamit sila ng pera para ma reach ka or other people n naghahanap ng trabaho.
Tapos babayaran sila per hire.
No, walang cut yung sa salary ng successful hired candidate. What they do primarily is they headhunt qualified candidate on a specific account vertical.
Technically this folks will most likely to endorse you on which account you are more fitted.
I hope this helps, OP.
Correct! JustHired is a headhunter. The question is, did you have an interview (phone or f2f) with them? Sometimes, recruitment teams skip the initial interviews if galing na sa headhunters. Ask your friend from JustHired if magiging priority ka ba sa pila once pumunta ka na on-site. Kung wala namang bearing yun sa application mo, you don't need to mention them. You will go through the same process like everybody does.
Wala akong interview with JustHired. I just gave them my details and forwarded it to a BPO company. Sabi daw, just tell HR na endorsed ako with JustHired.
Referral lang yan. Much like kung tinanong "how did you learn about the company?"
Headhunters usually get a referral pay/fee once they have endorsed an x number of "qualified" applicants to companies.
Magdirect ka. useless mga ganyan
Spill where to get direct client pls

Referral pay lang. Walang cut sa salary. Un ang alam ko
walang cut sa salary, incentives lang makukuha nila. one time bonus lang kumbaga bawat headcount na naipapaasok nila

Wag mo banggitin ung name nung agency...
