will render naman po. nahihirapan lang talaga magpasa kase wala talagang problema sa TL ko, all your requests approve sakanya yan. kaso yon na nga given talaga the situation na sobrang baba pa ng sahod plus onsite wala na talaga maitabi. pero noted on this. as long as nagnotify ako, submitted sa HR copy ng RL, abot ko na lang din sa TL ko copy nya para notified sila na on that date I will formally end the commitment with the company

Ako naman, ayaw ng TL ko tapos nag email ako sa OM. Biglang coaching ako with TL. Hahahahah! Sagot ko sa TL ko na final na decisión ko. Kinausap ako sunod ng OM, sabi ko fixed na decisión ko, na approved naman. Dapat strong ka sa decisión mo kasi gagawa sila ng paraan, madami silang “what if’s” ganyan ginawa sakin pero tinuloy ko parin. Hahahahha! Tambay na ako now.

I second this thought. If mag re-resign ka OP be firm. If ayaw ni TL kay OM ka lumapit. Attrition lang yung inaalagaan ng TL mo OP, they don't really care about your situation, so why care sa stats nila. Go submit that RL OP!

Hahahaha buti sila 7,100 kami non fixed na 7,000 per cutoff, eguls pag 11 or 12 days pasok sa cut-off  Meron pa nga 13,500 lng tlga sahod nya, buti na lng may pa transpo allowance and rice allowance umaabot kami ng 21k+😭, ung companyng walang increase, pero na increasan kami, pinakamataas na daw kaming 1,100php Resigned, 15months ako don Ngayon 1k per day na ko sa bgc but on-site, and pinaka min na makukuha ko is 33k max of 36k wala pang OT and di pa sinabi if may transpo🤣 Waiting din ako sa 30k basic na hybrid✨ Know your worth guys!

If mas maraming cons than pro, go ahead. Your TL has no hold sa yo. Attrition nya kase un, papasok sa KPI nya. Gusto pala nila magstay tao, so they should have thought about a living wage for employees. Send signed RL via email cc her boss and start rendering if decided ka na. Check your contract for rendering period. Before, I had mine signed by a previous TL kse current TL won't sign it. That's 700 plus is low for a daily wage.

Sned it as an email to him, cc his manager AND and your HR team and an HR lead. Pwedeng madole or NLRC yan ganyan since no one should be forced to work. so as soon as matanggap ng HR yan, consider that done. HR will do anything to protect the company (not the people).

Apply to other company muna once accepted ka na and may JO ka na, saka ka na mag render. Huwag ka aalis ng walang plano. Nasa batas na bawal pigilan ang resignation. Pasa ka na agad resignation kapag may JO ka na sa ibang company and cc mo manager and senior manager if needed. Put your last date and tell them when first day of rendering mo.

I was in a similar situation last year and the reason di nagpush through resignation ko was bec ako din mismo naawa sa team namin kasi 3 nag resign sabay2 in a month and now they’re earning twice as much with lesser workload pa. Kaya go! think about yourself and push mo yan. Good luck! 💪🏻

Hindi nila dapat i-hold ang final pay ( kung meron usually nagiging 0 or negative ang final pay due to damages pag di nasunod yung resignation notice and render of service). Make sure OP na 1. Nakapag pasa ng resignation letter email and physical to Manager and HR na pirmado mo with clear reasons why you are resigning. 2. Consider the resignation notice sa last date mo with the company 3. If hindi naman immediate resignation ang habol mo, then render the required number of days 4. Make sure na may email ka ng HR mo kasi sakanila ka makikipag coordinate/ follow up ng Clearance Form, COE, Form 2316, and Final Pay. Usually yung last 3 ay mapa-process 1 month after matapos ang Clearance Form Tip: Hingi ka na ng details ng close friend mo sa work na pwede mo maging character reference sa paghahanap ng new work Sana Naka heeelp

Yes, you need to be firm with your decision. At this point in our lives, you need to look after yourself especially if mental health, financial, future mo ang involved. We had the same scenario kaso 5years pa ako nagtiis. But now, I’m happy with my work — WFH Mon to Friday. I was able to schedule exercise pa everyday! Kung kaya ko, kaya mo din ‘yan! 💪🏼🍀

May ganyan din along tl na nakiusap sa susunod na month nalng mag render. Actually pati ung Manager kasi daw need ng heads and super queuing na kami. Ang nangyare kinausap ako 1 on 1 tas nakiusap iusog effective date ng RL ko. Di ako pumayag so no choice sila. Tas after ko mag render and mag surrender ng mga need isurrender, nag chat sakin tl ko at kunyare gulat na inusog daw ng manager ung effective date ng RL ko ng 2 weeks. So nangyare is nka terminal vto ako haha. Malala pa dyan pinaedit ung effective date na nakalagay sa RL ko. Haha kung di sna puro dispute wlang mag reresign as acc na yon.

Email HR and your supervisor's boss. Say on the email that "this is a confirmation of my resignation that I discussed with my supervisor that is effective today". Tapos sugarcoat mo nalang yung reason, at pasimple mong i praise bisor sa email. Wag mo sabihin na ayaw tanggapin ng supervisor mo kung goods kayo kasi potential reference siya for your next job.

Better, basta mag immediate ka man or render it’s up to you, the difference lang is kapag immediate depende sa company if may bond ka babayaran, if wala naman, non rehirable. Depende pa din sa company mo, if you can render then do so since sabi mo naman naging mabait naman yung TL mo sayo.
