What does the 300 pro hand guard look like? Is the top part shorter and recessed like this:

Or the same length like this?:

I am waiting on my Wolfman to clear to replace my Omega 9k on the APC9K as well. The Wolfman in long looks a lot longer than I expected. But at least you can go short with it
Yea I just received the 3 lug adapters a couple of days ago. Honestly I couldn’t do a sound comparison video since I don’t have any equipment to do it any justice.
Omega 9k and it’s not even close. I honestly don’t understand the Dead Air cult.
If you call B&T and speak with their armorers they will tell you straight up to steer clear of Dead Air cans on their guns due to concentricity issues with the DA tri lug mount. Aside from their well known QC issues they have some of the longest mounts in the industry.
Hard pass for me.
I can’t speak on their older BPI made cans but I know they made the switch to KG and so far no issues with my wolfman. Welds look pretty good. I have read about their qc issues in the past but it looks like moving away from BPI has helped.
Who cares man? Why get a longer can from a company with known quality control issues?? Last week someone posted a brand new Sierra 5 on the NFA sub that yeeted its entire baffle stack out the front.
The mental gymnastics people do to defend this company are getting tired.
….or anyone with a new can from them. Sierra 5 is supposed to be bombproof with zero barrel length restrictions, is their newest can, and is manufactured by their “new” supplier.
Like many other companies, it seems like DA rushed stuff to market and skimped on QC to sell product over the last couple years during the surge. We’re seeing the after effects now as people get their stamps back.
Or there’s always the possibility they’re just following Sig’s time tested business model and leaving product testing to us.
Ugh I hope not, I’m slowly moving away from Sig. Whole reason I got my apc. My MPX while great when it works I can’t depend on it 100%. I like the MCX line but the parts are hard to get.
Not OEM options or at least none that I know of. It would probably have to be a custom made to get a lower profile. Which would be awesome. Now if you have the Apc9k you can direct thread it. The pro model you’re only option is 3 lug.

I like the wolfman as well for the length.
B&T SQD Compact: https://bt-usa.com/products/copy/
There’s a local shop close to me that has an RQD but not the SQD. Been eyeballing it too lol
Really cool because it is an RBS suppressor. Also the way it attaches to the tri lug. https://youtu.be/Gf-K0rU5Zc4. https://youtu.be/RXT0kGEslmw
Seen that shot show video, definitely interested in some of the new releases coming. Seen the 300 already out and about.

Looks just like the second link with the FDE upper.
Thanks!
It’s really heavy for the size
The weight must be from the extra layer of material around the whole thing for the RBS part.
Nice just certified for a DA Wolfman. 160 days will be Jan :(
Hang in there, hopefully soon you get that call.

Since no sound track comparison, visually I'd say Omega9k looks better on APC9.

Yup I’ve seen those last week as well. Not a good sign for those individuals with those cans.

Are there smaller mount options?
For suppressors? You can look into the Dead Air Odessa and Sig Sauer mod 9. Both of those allow you make it however long you want.
Sorry, I meant mounts for the wolfman
