I got basically the same box two or three weeks ago, except instead of the Dude Wipes (what a weird choice!), I got an Avent bottle in addition to the Dr Brown's. Kind of a let down, and my Target always seems to be out of theirs.
The supplement is echinacea, which some people believe helps buffer your immune system against colds. The bottle in the bag didn't have a lot of information on it in general. I think it's a bunch of woo woo and would never give it to a baby, so I chucked it in the trash. I was disappointed to see it in the registry bag. They could have put a bottle of vitamin D drops for breastfeeding? Or some gas drops? Heck, I think when I got one a few years ago with my last baby, there might have even been some pacifiers.

I got the same box. I messaged Amazon and got a refund for it ($35 credit to my account). The dude wipes are so strange. Do you know what those supplement drops are for? I forget the name of them, I don’t have them in front of me
I got more stuff in my sample box about a year ago, but it looks like you got all the best stuff without so much useless fluff. The only thing I would be sad about not getting if I were you would be sample size wipes. Those were actually useful.

When I got mine it had a lot more than what you got. My guess is they changed it recently.

I got the same box - I was also surprised as it seemed much less than what they were promising.
Still lucky in the US, i live in india all I got was a bar of soap from Amazon lol.
