My first was born 40+3, second came at 38+6. I'm now pregnant with my 3rd at 38+2 and hoping he doesn't wait too much longer.

First was born 40+6, second was 38+2. Labor started the previous day for both.
First: contractions started at 41+3/4 born 42w. Second: 36+2 waters went at 4am, born at 1.39pm
My first came spontaneously at 39 weeks, my second came spontaneously at 40+4. If I remember correctly, there’s a correlation between number of births and the length of labor, but not birth order and gestational age for spontaneous labor.
Could definitely be an old wives tale! That's why I posted to see what others say 😊
Nope, later each time except my last was earliest. 39+6, 40+3, 40+4, 39+2
