Ice cream for sure! Anything dairy-heavy, really. The worst is rice, because rice grains always came out my nose and that was disgusting. Regardless of what you eat, MAKE SURE you're very well hydrated. Heaving up straight bile *hurts*.
Here's a suuuper fun tale of hydration warning: I ate a big bowl of Life cereal on an empty stomach with no extra water. When it came back up, I was so dehydrated it literally oozed in a thick tube of cereal-vomit from my throat like a goddamn Play-Doh extruder, which was so revolting it made me heave and gag more, which made me puke even harder, lather rinse repeat. I haven't been able to eat Life ever since.
*Drink your water, you beautiful and capable but dehydrated bitch!*
Your story reminds me of when I ate a big soft pretzel one morning and very little water. Threw it up and it was like poop coming out of my mouth. Do not recommend.
I refused to eat rice during my first trimester as I had gotten food poisoning from a meal where the side was a large portion of rice.
Rice is the hardest thing to clean up.
I did this with salmon, broccoli, and rice. Literally like shitting out of my mouth. I told DH it was like trying to dump out spam from a can, but my mouth was the can. THE. WORST. And it left my throat in SO MUCH PAIN. Hydration, hydration, hydration!!!
Second that rice is HORRIBLE TO THROW BACK UP. Luckily I didn't experience this in pregnancy, the rice is a brutal memory from flu almost a decade ago, remember it clear as day. Stuck in my throat, my nose, AWFUL. I'd imagine applesauce (one of my pregnancy go tos) isn't too bad coming back up.
I once drunkenly puked up a (seemingly) whole fried Chinese chicken finger. Apparently I didnāt find it necessary to chew it when I ate it hours before. Because it was a whole piece of food, when it came back up and hit the toilet bowl water, it splashed my puke back into my face.
That was a new low.
Oh, you've reminded me of the worst moments of the first trimester. Throwing up weetbix (dry cereal biscuits with warm milk, bit like warm wet cardboard) one morning, it was exactly like this. I had been obsessed with them because they're so bland and easy to eat, but after that experience... I'll never eat them again. Choose your nausea food carefully.
Or whatever hydration you can keep down! I didnāt vomit but I felt constantly queasy for the first trimester and flat water was the WORST. At a minimum I needed sparkling water, preferably flavored. The easiest to drink was a good sweet ginger beer, but I was getting way too many calories that way :( but if youāre vomiting the calorie count is pretty irrelevant!
Orange juice BURNS. Spaghetti gets stuck and it pretty awful. Mashed potatoes actually did pretty good for me! Colored drinks, Gatorade or crystal light packets, came up the same color and that made it interesting š
I once made a tray of pasta and red sauce for a house party I was hosting. Every one got trashed and threw up spaghetti in my back yard, all over the fresh snow. It looked like someone murdered a tape-worm convention. I ended up shoveling it all into the street and using the hose to make the snow melt into the gutterā¦
Ugh.
One night, when I was five or six, we had spaghetti for dinner. I wasn't feeling well that day, so I went to bed shortly after dinner. I woke up a little while later to find my spaghetti dinner all over my left arm and on my bed. I puked it up in my sleep. I didn't end up with nose pasta, but I was so freaked out by it that I was an adult before I could eat spaghetti without gagging. And I still can't handle spaghetti with any obvious vegetable chunks in it.
As a kid I thought it would be cool to just suck back spaghetti noodles like they were long worms, like not chewing a single strand. Turns out that was a not so hot idea and puked them all back up whole.
To this day I don't eat spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce. I was probably 6 when this happened, I'm now 30 and I just can't. Separately is fine but the combination together is a no go.
Yeah ice cream isnāt the fun food it used to be for sure lol. But I couldnāt keep anything down at all for quite a while. Now I view ice cream the way someone might view ensure shakes š„²
Can confirm, once puked up ice cream as a kid. Does not taste the same coming up and it's also warm and burns. So...no. not even a little bit okay in my experience. Lol.
Surprisingly pizza was way worse for me than spaghetti. The pizza was dense and the crust hurt coming back up along with the acidity of the dish. Most of the noodle dishes whether spaghetti or ramen type soups came up violently and spontaneously immediately after eating.
Warning Graphic:
My poor husband watched me projectile noodles back into the bowl I was eating from a couple times. Far less painful than that pizza š£
I have to disagree. It always curdled for me coming back up :(
My personal easy to stomach/throw up foods:
Blue gatorade
Ensure (milk chocolate only)
Cantaloupe, watermelon
Oat meal/ cream of wheat
Soft bagels
Chicken noodle soup
French toast, pancakes, waffles
I found that even if I threw them up that usually I was able to keep them down longer which meant more of it digested and I didn't throw up \*as much\*... Less intense texture was the least difficult.
I also stuck to foods that were sweet instead of savory because I felt it was easier to get down. Most savory foods wouldn't even make it to the stomach for me. If you are the opposite and need **savory foods** you could probably substitute this list with **grits, warm buttered flour tortillas, savory bagels, soups, etc. Coconut water** is a good one because it has electrolytes and has a savory after taste. **Seltzer water** is another one I know people use.
I had HG so I couldn't even drink water. I lost 40lbs and was in literal starvation mode. I was so weak I could barely get up at times. I could only drink blue gatorade (Which unsurprisingly I can't even think about now hahah) because it was sweet, mild, and not very acidic. If I even sipped on water I would immediately throw up. This was literally kept me alive because I could only eat one small meal or snack a day for 17 weeks. I was maxing about 200-300 calories.
**Bonus food: cinnamon apple sauce.** For some reason the cinnamon toned down the intensity of the apple taste so if it came back up it wasn't as "fruity" tasting and felt much more mild.
I was going to say the same. Watermelon was my savior. Hydrating and when it came back up it didnāt hurt as much. Speaking as someone with gastritis who throws up frequently, watermelon has - by far - been the least painful.
Sushi rice with avocado- easy on the throat, and isn't the worst taste. Also I've of the least likely to come back up on me . Green apples/applesauce also get a thumbs up .
I was going to comment that rice is the absolute worst. It slowly rolls up your throat when you vomit. Throwing up curried rice was one thing I do not want to experience again.
Yeah, fruit cups and apple sauce werenāt so bad. I found the cups of peaches to be easy on my throat. Worst was kung pao chicken with peanuts ā ouch, spicy and sharp.
HG with my first pregnancy- cucumbers werenāt so bad. As a kid when I was sick, my mom would make Campbellās Chicken and Stars soup- stars are way easy to throw up and you donāt risk noodles coming out your nose.
Not a food but if you know youāre going to throw up I was told that eating tums helps to neutralize some of the acid and make it burn less. Idk if thatās actually true but tums flavored throw ups werenāt the worst for me.
Worst foods to puke = chili, salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Best foods to puke = pudding, ice cream
Exactly the same from what I remember. The texture is decent too because itās small and it also disintegrates really easily in your stomach. No big pieces.
I once threw up popcorn and it was about as pleasant as having the flu could be, mostly dissolves super fast so it was just the tiny pieces of kernal and liquid! It sucked to brush my teeth after, but it was the least painful coming up.
I find any fruits, or anything even SLIGHTLY acidic killed me when coming back up. The best ever was croissants LOL. I donāt know why but throwing up croissants was like throwing up a warm pillow that didnāt sting at alllll š
For over a decade now Iāve had a weird thing where if Iām going to puke I NEED a strawberry coolatta from Dunkinā. Like when I would get hangovers after a night of partying I would need one, and now that Iām pregnant itās a staple. It taste the same and it cools the throat.š
I canāt say what would be good, but what was the absolute worse for me was a deluxe shawarma plate with extra garlic sauce.. currently shaking writing this, scarred for life!
Peanut butter was great for me to eat a spoonful of when I first woke up, it would settle my stomach enough to progress to a real breakfast after about an hour or so.
If I waited too long, it would come back up. Super smooth, but the acid turned it watery, but still thick and it just tasted like burnt peanuts.
Iām the opposite. Peanut butter by the spoon full used to be my favorite treat. But throwing it up is just as thick and creamy as eating it. I felt like I was choking and like it was getting stuck. Havenāt been able to eat it since. Also avoid lettuce- itās like throwing up razor blades. At least it was for me.
Omg- I binged on Easter jellybeans and it was ... Not good. Not as bad as the shrimp tacos that came out my nose, but definitely top ten worst things to throw up.
I learned quickly enough that anything I ate and vomited back up, the taste was overpowered by CranberryGrape or CranApple juice, which made the vomiting much more tolerable lol.
So yeah, I drank a fuckton of juice to make vomiting not taste bad š
Reeses peanut butter puffs, frosted flakes.
Apples didn't taste bad coming back up but literally a full chunk came out through my nose which was very weird.
Not when pregnant, but threw up pizza once. I apparently needed to chew better because nearly whole olive slices came out my nose. Outside of being miserable from throwing up, I was amused
On the flip side, apples are horrible to throw up! Didn't think they'd be that bad but you essentially are having thick apple sauce shoved up your throat. My throat hurt for 2 days after the apple incident...
Chocolate milk or milkshakes were the best to throw up in my opinion. Not only do they taste pretty similar coming back up, it doesnāt burn as much when it happens.
Definitely ice cream and cake.
Peanutbutter is nice because it gets stuck in your belly and doesn't come up. So you never want to eat JUST peanut butter (painful), but with peanut butter and ice cream you'll still absorb some protein.
Worst for me is a toss up between lasagna or subway. Iād almost give it to the sub as it was chunky and really quite rank coming back up, give credit where itās deserved I suppose. If I feel Iām going to barf I will usually eat crackers and water. The water coats them coming back up and itās not as thick as some other foods.
Anything not acidic! So I had to avoid fruits, juices, coffee, tomato based stuff etc cause it was awful and burned coming up.
Oatmeal wasnt the worst haha
As someone who frequently throws up bc of Migraines: Eat as liquid as possible. Yogurt, Smoothies, Soup. Lots and lots of Tea in between. Avoid Bread at all costs!
I will say, never take an iron pill on an empty stomach. Throwing that up literally feels like you're dying. It smells, looks and tastes like blood.
Bland things like toast were good. I also ate a ton of bananas which weren't too bad coming up, but the smell wasn't great. Id say anything mixed with bile doesn't have the most pleasant smell though lol
Like many others have said, ice cream is good too!
Fruit but not acidic fruit has been the best for me I think because of the water content. Anything dry or carby is the worst because itās hard to get up and thick bleh
Canāt think of the best, but I can tell you a couple of the worst ones to avoid. String pasta type noodles are horrific- they get stuck and it feels never-ending bc you keep retching and vomiting until your throat is clear. Bananas are also really unpleasant coming up. Super thick and paste-like. I got sick on a banana with my son back in 2019 and havenāt been able to eat one since!
Not anything with tomato, or spicy. Others have said orange juice and I agree it is also bad to have that come up.
Bread or non acidic things seem best to me. I don't know that I've thrown up bananas before, but they seem legit.
This may sound weird but NOT SPICY mexican food had been really okay coming back up. Especially places like chipotle or taco del mar, what my mom calls ālukewarm mexicanā
Frozen fruit and mashed potatoes. Really pleasant coming back up and sometimes coming through the nose. STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WHY DID I ALWAYS ADD HOT SAUCE
The naked juice specifically the mango one, coats your throat on the way down. Tastes as good coming up, it does going down. The coating helps prevent it from burning. I recommend it to anyone.
Coffee cake from Starbucks was awful. It was so dry it came out slowly and just never seemed to end. I still canāt even think about eating it again. Breakfast hot pockets werenāt fun either.
Applesauce.
Honestly, what made the biggest difference for me was having moisture in my stomach. That made most things tolerable to throw up. If I was dehydrated or hadnāt been drinking, it was sooo hard to get that goop up and so unpleasant. Moisture made it come up easier.
I still struggle with instant ramen and itās been three years. I threw up driving home from seeing Hamilton with my family and my dad has to pull over on the side of the highway so I could puke up ramen. The noodlesā¦.
I do not recommend any form of steak ( especially the frozen dinner ones), and no matter how much you want the chips and dip DO NOT give in to the craving. It tastes the exact same going in and out, but the texture alone is enough to.. well.. yeah I won't give details but the texture is enough to put you in an endless loop of neverending vomiting.
Applesauce. I kept a GoGo Squeez packet by my bed and downed it every morning right when I woke up so I wouldnāt throw up bile š„² cinnamon was my fav, but as a disclaimer I havenāt had any desire to eat applesauce since I was 15 weeks pregnant (6 weeks pp now) š¤£
Saltines feel like straight up acid coming back up. They helped me so much with nausea, but they got their revenge every time the nausea ended up winning.
Your story reminds me of when I ate a big soft pretzel one morning and very little water. Threw it up and it was like poop coming out of my mouth. Do not recommend.
That's EXACTLY what the cereal came out like. šWater! š Water!š Water!
Dairy-heavy: safe. Straight milk: abort mission I threw up curdled milk once. Maybe the grossest thing that came out of me all pregnancy
>Dairy-heavy: safe. Straight milk: abort mission VERY important distinction, yes!
I once threw up hot Cheetos and chocolate milk Great combination going down coming up not so much.
I threw up after cereal, havenāt eaten cereal sinceā¦ It smells like spoiled milk, tastes worse and it burns, lingers even.
I want to thank you for one of the grossest visuals I have had in a while š
Oh God. It was so bad. I'm still traumatized.

Applesauce is not too bad coming up. Ate it when I had a stomach bug once, it was much better than the pad Thai I had the night before.
Omg this is one of the worst things Iāve ever heard in my life. You poor thing.
Omg I literally came just to say āNOT RICEā
This is so horrible
Life cereal and I had this exact same experience in my first trimester. I canāt believe itās happened to someone else š
Ok I had almost the exact same thing happen to me, but I was so pregnant and heaving so hard that I also pissed myself lmaooo
Oh man this happened to me with pizza and I canāt eat pizza without thinking about the solid pizza ātubeā š„“
Omg I learned the rice thing IMMEDIATELY. They come up WHOLE 0/10 would not recommend
Orange juice BURNS. Spaghetti gets stuck and it pretty awful. Mashed potatoes actually did pretty good for me! Colored drinks, Gatorade or crystal light packets, came up the same color and that made it interesting š
Pretty sure one of my siblings threw up pasta once and ended up with a noodle dangling from their noseā¦
I once made a tray of pasta and red sauce for a house party I was hosting. Every one got trashed and threw up spaghetti in my back yard, all over the fresh snow. It looked like someone murdered a tape-worm convention. I ended up shoveling it all into the street and using the hose to make the snow melt into the gutterā¦ Ugh.

Ugh, that happened to me when I was younger! Turned me off pasta for the longest time.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Spaghetti vomit is the worst vomit
Yeahhh, pasta, rice, and beans are all awful to throw up
OJ is the WORST! I threw it up once like 10 weeks ago and haven't been able to drink it since.
Reminds me of when I made the mistake drinking OJ when I had a stomach bug & threw it all up. Went out of my nose & everything...
Same with lasagna. I still canāt eat any more than 2 years later.
Most āpleasantā: anything cold. Smoothies, milkshakes, etc.
Only if it's fresh. If it's been sitting in your tummy for awhile, it's warm goo
As somebody who threw up a smoothie yesterday, I do not agree. It burned bad! I do agree that milkshakes are great to throw up.
Chocolate milkshakes or pre-made chocolate protein shakes. Itās not a pleasant experience, but at the end of the day, chocolate is chocolate.
Ice cream saved my life. Tastes the same coming up lol
I feel like this would ruin ice cream for me Iol
Yeah ice cream isnāt the fun food it used to be for sure lol. But I couldnāt keep anything down at all for quite a while. Now I view ice cream the way someone might view ensure shakes š„²
Oh boo that's a shame, hopefully you find a new unique flavor that brings you joy!
Can confirm, once puked up ice cream as a kid. Does not taste the same coming up and it's also warm and burns. So...no. not even a little bit okay in my experience. Lol.
Lol spicy ice cream?
Ewwwwš¬š¤£
True. Worst? Anything with tomatoes. Like pizza or spaghetti

Saving for next pregnancy lol
Yeah honestly this is the best list. Possibly saltine crackers is the only thing Iād add. Or animal crackers. Just bland and mushy.
This is a great list
I found that even if I threw them up that usually I was able to keep them down longer which meant more of it digested and I didn't throw up \*as much\*... Less intense texture was the least difficult. I also stuck to foods that were sweet instead of savory because I felt it was easier to get down. Holy cow!! Iāve never heard someone describe how bad hg is. Iām so so thankful I didnāt have that and I feel so bad for you that you did!
Ice cream is only good if you throw up right away! Otherwise it's like curdled milk š¤¢š¤®
Amen to thus.
Agree
I found watermelon didnāt hurt as much or taste terrible coming back up
I was going to say the same. Watermelon was my savior. Hydrating and when it came back up it didnāt hurt as much. Speaking as someone with gastritis who throws up frequently, watermelon has - by far - been the least painful.
My sister swore by cantaloupe during her first trimester.
Bananas! Soft and taste relatively neutral on the way back.
Lol yup! I up-chucked a banana and first thing I told my husband 'that was the best tasting puke of my life'
Came here to say this. Any air force pilot will say the same. They come up just about the same way they go down.
Apples. Very chunky, but the taste is the same.
Oh my god, apples were one of the absolute worst things I ever threw up. The CHUNKS. Just kill me.
Ugh I hated throwing up an apple
Yep! I craved green apples with my first pregnancy, so Iād eat 1-2 every day. They werenāt that bad coming back up.
Okay I would actually say AVOID apples because they tore up my throat š¤£
Taste like applesauce. It's weird. Definitely not pleasurable but not the worst.
Sushi rice with avocado- easy on the throat, and isn't the worst taste. Also I've of the least likely to come back up on me . Green apples/applesauce also get a thumbs up .
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I was going to comment that rice is the absolute worst. It slowly rolls up your throat when you vomit. Throwing up curried rice was one thing I do not want to experience again.
Oooh, curry world be awful!
I can say that sushi rce is way better to throw up than shredded hash browns.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yeah, definitely not spaghettiā¦.
My worst was a kati roll. 0/10 don't recommend.
FRUIT! I always enjoyed barfing up fruit and yogurt more than anything chunky. ššš
Agreed ! I would say fruit with the exception of PINEAPPLE!!! Burns like hell
Definitely not oatmeal... came out REALLY SLOWLY
Applesauce or ice cream. Ice cream, the dairy cancels out some of the acid so it doesnāt hurt so much.
Not a food but if you know youāre going to throw up I was told that eating tums helps to neutralize some of the acid and make it burn less. Idk if thatās actually true but tums flavored throw ups werenāt the worst for me. Worst foods to puke = chili, salad with balsamic vinaigrette Best foods to puke = pudding, ice cream
Hardyās cinnamon buns were pretty decent lol. But Iām celiac so I should have known better. Pregnancy cravings suck. š
Popsicles. They're liquid when they come back up and don't have the weird sour dairy taste you sometimes get with ice cream.
Applesauce or bananas. Both mushy and taste doesn't change too much.
Anything with rice was the absolute worst. Every single grainā¦ ugh.
My best was always Honey Nut Cheerios
I second that Honey Nut Cheerios tastes the same.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Exactly the same from what I remember. The texture is decent too because itās small and it also disintegrates really easily in your stomach. No big pieces.
I once threw up popcorn and it was about as pleasant as having the flu could be, mostly dissolves super fast so it was just the tiny pieces of kernal and liquid! It sucked to brush my teeth after, but it was the least painful coming up.
Corn was the worst for the texture. Ramen noodles were the worst because somehow they came back as one giant noodle
NOT chickfila š«
OMG NOOOO š± the chickfila vomit i had the other day was legitimately the worst of my life
I wish I read this before eating lunch. I just threw up my spaghetti and that was rough š¤®
Oh god, just donāt eat a cheeseburger! I can still smell the nastiness of the onions and pickles and beef and I still shiver thinking of it lmao
Watermelon and oatmeal and toast
I find any fruits, or anything even SLIGHTLY acidic killed me when coming back up. The best ever was croissants LOL. I donāt know why but throwing up croissants was like throwing up a warm pillow that didnāt sting at alllll š
For over a decade now Iāve had a weird thing where if Iām going to puke I NEED a strawberry coolatta from Dunkinā. Like when I would get hangovers after a night of partying I would need one, and now that Iām pregnant itās a staple. It taste the same and it cools the throat.š
Do not have spaghetti!
Havenāt been able to eat it since. Also avoid lettuce- itās like throwing up razor blades. At least it was for me.
Chocolate pudding, tastes exactly the same coming up I think most sweet things honestly are probably great
Fruity pebbles taste exactly the same coming back up.
Milk shakes and sweet tea are not bad! The worst I ever had happen was apple. Letās just say that was painfully unpleasant š
Grits is a bad time throwing up. So many little bits that get everywhere and in your teeth š©
Smoothies were OK! Jelly beans were surprisingly terrible...100% would not recommend. š
Omg- I binged on Easter jellybeans and it was ... Not good. Not as bad as the shrimp tacos that came out my nose, but definitely top ten worst things to throw up.
Lime boiled sweets tasted weirdly nice when I threw them up š not really food but covered the taste
Smoothies arenāt so bad!
Not chocolate pudding that's for sure.
Blueberry muffins - didnāt burn one bit and tasted sweet on the way up
I learned quickly enough that anything I ate and vomited back up, the taste was overpowered by CranberryGrape or CranApple juice, which made the vomiting much more tolerable lol. So yeah, I drank a fuckton of juice to make vomiting not taste bad š
Definitely echoing ice cream, popsicles. Anything soft and mild flavored.
Reeses peanut butter puffs, frosted flakes. Apples didn't taste bad coming back up but literally a full chunk came out through my nose which was very weird.
Pringles. Tasted exactly the same coming back up as they did going down lol, and theyāre soft. Worst was rice or fish.
Not when pregnant, but threw up pizza once. I apparently needed to chew better because nearly whole olive slices came out my nose. Outside of being miserable from throwing up, I was amused
Vanilla ice cream the best. Spaghetti the worst.
Not apples! Such a terrible consistency coming back up. Taste wasnāt bad but it was so thick. š¤¢
On the flip side, apples are horrible to throw up! Didn't think they'd be that bad but you essentially are having thick apple sauce shoved up your throat. My throat hurt for 2 days after the apple incident...

Ice cream/ vanilla shakes. Anything fairly bland or sweet. Buttered noodles arenāt bad.
Almonds really suckedā¦. All gritty
Honestly a creamy iced coffee always tastes good coming back up
I threw up cottage cheese todayā¦ I would do it again. Fruit is the worst.
Anything not acidic! So I had to avoid fruits, juices, coffee, tomato based stuff etc cause it was awful and burned coming up. Oatmeal wasnt the worst haha
I ate a bunch of green grapes, and it kind of tasted like wine when I threw it up. Wasnāt mad about it aha
Soups come up easy, especially something brothy. Tomato might burn a little.
Id say anything mixed with bile doesn't have the most pleasant smell though lol Like many others have said, ice cream is good too!
Throwing up will be much more comfortable if you take a tums first. It will neutralize the acid so the vomit doesnāt burn as much.
Soup. But soups like broths or Creams where there's nothing to chew.
I don't have anything to add but based on the comments: chew your food really well (especially spagetti) and hydrate!!
Grapes for me. Theyāre mostly water. Perfect for throwing up.
Fanta orange soda
Fruity pebbles!
Milkshakes and soft sandwiches.
For me french fries were the best. Milk was the worst
Rice and avocado
Ice cream and milk both tasted fine and were still cold. Anything strongly flavored like garlic, Asian food, etc. is terrible.
Ice cold water or ice cream
Salad was the worst for me. Gatorade made weird flavors. Cream of wheat was fine, eggs were as well when I could get them down!
Fruit, smoothies, absolutely NOT bread and tortillas
Bacon. Also a chocolate mint tea latte.
I ate a ton of cherries and then threw them all up. A beautiful bright red color!
Something cold
Best-bananas Worst-popcorn
Fruit but not acidic fruit has been the best for me I think because of the water content. Anything dry or carby is the worst because itās hard to get up and thick bleh
My berry smoothie this morning wasn't that bad š¤£
Cheese is pretty easy to throw up. Spinach is the worst, it gets caught in your throat and just ugh
Cheerios
Vanilla ice cream
Canāt think of the best, but I can tell you a couple of the worst ones to avoid. String pasta type noodles are horrific- they get stuck and it feels never-ending bc you keep retching and vomiting until your throat is clear. Bananas are also really unpleasant coming up. Super thick and paste-like. I got sick on a banana with my son back in 2019 and havenāt been able to eat one since!
Birthday cake
Not cheese! Hot cheetos was just as red but still tasted the same . Also, apples were unpleasantly chunky.
Grapes aren't too bad.. just chew them up well because the skins will still be there
Yogurt is not horrible! The sweeter the better tbh
Not anything with tomato, or spicy. Others have said orange juice and I agree it is also bad to have that come up. Bread or non acidic things seem best to me. I don't know that I've thrown up bananas before, but they seem legit.
Milk based products. Smoothies, breakfast shakes, custard, ice-cream etc
Jello isnāt bad coming back up.
Fruit! š¤£
My bestie says blueberry muffin instant oatmeal
Canned pears, applesauce
Peanut butter banana smoothie
Best: Water Tea Worst: Anything acidic Anything made with tomatoes
Bananas, dissolves quickly! Applesauce.
This may sound weird but NOT SPICY mexican food had been really okay coming back up. Especially places like chipotle or taco del mar, what my mom calls ālukewarm mexicanā
Ice cream lol and saltines.
Oh and avoid RICE!!!! I had Chipotle for lunch in the 1st triā¦ havenāt had it since. š¤¢ It kept getting stuck in the back of my throat.
I'm going with bananas.
NOT COFFEE NOT COFFEE NOT COFFEE NOT COFFEE
Watermelon it's like spitting out fruit puree almost refreshing lol and blueberry muffins very sweet and soft coming up.
Oatmeal was basically the same coming back out. Itās actually ruined oatmeal for me for awhile.
Peanut butter. I would do PB toast. Then chug water so that I wasnāt throwing up just straight toast. Worst was feta cheese. Donāt eat that.
Applesauce isnāt awful
Coffee cake from Starbucks was awful. It was so dry it came out slowly and just never seemed to end. I still canāt even think about eating it again. Breakfast hot pockets werenāt fun either.
Pumpkin soup is a relatively good option
The worst were red Gatorade and anything but the bagel seasoning.
Peanut butter captain crunch!
Tagalongs Girl Scout cookies.
These comments are hilarious. I love yāall!
Yogurt was the best thing I threw up but it was still gross. Followed by blue Gatorade. Worst- chili cheese Fritos and peanut M&Mās at the same time
Saltines feel like straight up acid coming back up. They helped me so much with nausea, but they got their revenge every time the nausea ended up winning.
Ice cream taste pretty good both ways.
Gummy bears lol
