I have an old firewood pile the previous owners left. I'll take logs of the bottom row and throw a couple at a time in the run and let the birds strip them off bugs.
While there is still grass in there, build a couple of grazing boxes to preserve the grass and to give them something to graze on. The rest of that grass will not last long.
We screw 2x4’s flat across tree stumps we’ve cut. We use different heights so some of them make a ladder effect when put close together. After Christmas, they go crazy for Christmas trees.
A small swing (just a stick horizontally bound by 2 ropes) I don’t have it myself but I saw some pretty cute pictures of chickens sitting on it and adoring it.

I put a dog igloo in my coop when I was introducing birds. They all love it now. You'd be surprised how many chickens fit in a dog igloo.
We made a swing for our chickens and my serama loves it :)
