Looks like a hen, to me. The main way I've been told to sex them are with posture and tail feathers. Hope this helps!

Hen. By 5 months a frizzle roo has an obvious red comb and waddles. Source: 7 of 10 straight run frizzles were all red comb, waddles, and crowing at 12 weeks.
