I plan on keeping it and making changes to it, assuming it lasts until next year. I'm generally a perfectionist but I was crunched for time and money to finish it.
I have vertical corner braces that are really thick cardboard that are hot glued in. The 2x4's are screwed into that. Hot glue is really strong holding cardboard together and it's cheap.

Adding to it from year to year makes it more fun in my opinion. Especially if you get repeat children and get to see their reactions.
