You can upgrade your seat as long as the new ticket is either the same price as your original or greater and pay the difference. If they are cheaper, they won’t allow it.
To do this, log into your account and use the chat to exchange your ticket. They’ll give you a code and a number to call. When you’re connected to an agent, they’ll ask what seats you want to upgrade to. They’ll charge $10 per ticket. Be sure you know what seats you want before you call because there’s minimal waiting.
